Sarah here, owner of 50 Shades of Paws – the girl who bought a house with a fenced yard for her dog. I started my business to help picky pet parents like me feel comfort when going away. I wanted to create a home away from home where you didn’t have to worry about your dog not eating, sleeping in a cage, or escaping. It’s important to me to offer a clean environment, where my clients can trust me and feel comfort in leaving their pet. Where updates are always provided and a dog is treated like my own, spoiled with love, treats & care.

Sarah is the best! I’ve used her services ever since our dog was a young pup and she is the only person I trust with him! I have a medium to large size Boxer/Doberman mix who is a little bit of a nervous nelly, but she welcomes him with open arms and he does really well with her crew. I use her boarding services anytime we go away and I never have to worry about a single thing, I know with 100% certainty that my dog is in the best hands. The bonus is that he comes home absolutely exhausted! Sarah has an absolute passion for animals and will treat your pet with SO much love. She goes above and beyond always.”

When we interviewed for a dog sitter, Sarah was the only one willing to come meet our pups in person before we actually used her services. Rosie and Murphy knew right away SHE was the one. They loved here from day one, to the day she accompanied them to the Rainbow Bridge. She is knowledgeable, available, resourceful and most of all, loving. She loves them all, four-legged and furry!!! We have adopted new fur-babies since, and she’s still part of the family.

I can't say enough about how amazing Sarah is! From the day I first met her, I knew I could trust her with my girl, Roxy. I'm sure that Sarah could tell I was nervous about leaving Roxy with someone new but Sarah was patient and kind and answered all of my questions. Of which there were about 100. I trust Sarah 100% with all of my fur kids, from walking them to watching over them while I'm out of town. Even though my Roxy had some medical challenges, Sarah didn't bat an eye at her needs and treated her like she was her own. Anyone would be lucky to have Sarah watching over ther fur family!

If you've ever been lucky enough to have your dog in the care of Sarah, then you know how incredibly caring, patient and knowledgeable she is. My River is definitely a handful (husky mix, that says it all) but Sarah knows exactly which social settings she is comfortable in and which dogs she is happy to socialize with. Whether it's simply for a let out, a walk or a puppy playdate, I can be completely at ease knowing it's with Sarah. She treats our furry babies like her own.

Our senior pup, Lili, has serious separation anxiety and we’ve always had trouble finding somewhere to board her due to this. Finding Sarah has been a gift – Lilu has come to trust Sarah and her family, and she is treated like one of their pups. We have super high trust with 50 Shades of Paws. Sarah is the best pet sitter you will ever find! She treats my dogs as if they were her own. She is reliable, trustworthy and goes above and beyond. She quickly becomes a member of your family. My dogs adore her and the means everything to me. It is apparent from the moment you see her interact with your dog that it is not just a business to her, it is her love. Last winter we left for two months and had no worries that my baby Stanley would be happy and well loved! It is important to us the he remain in great shape and she not only sits but walks the dogs on proper long walks. She intergrates every one of her fur babies into her family. You get daily pics and updates with photos of your baby right alongside her baby girls. We love Sarah and cannot say enough about the peace of mind that she so generously allows us to have. She also lets out my crew when on occasion we are out and about longer period than they can stay alone for. All three adore her. And that is saying a lot, because my four pound yorkie Rex, loves no one!

“We just returned from 12 days in Barbados and we left our three Mastiffs and three cats in the care of the AMAZING Sarah of 50 Shades of Paws. It was the first time Sarah cared for our pets. I was a nervous wreck because I am one of “those” pet mamas that loves them like kids. Not only did Sarah take phenomenal care of our fur babies but she went above and beyond, calling our vet, picking up meds, and even getting our girl a doggie massage for her osteoarthritis that she was diagnosed with a day before we left. She also went as far as to bring the mattress downstairs in the living room to sleep so my Lyla wouldn’t have to go up and down the stairs. Our home was clean, our sheets were washed and our babies were cared for like they were her own. I cannot say enough good things about her.
